Please let me know that how to recover mail from the Outlook Junk Mail Folder. I am facing some issues while doing this. Help me.

Microsoft Outlook has a junk mail folder that puts junk email in its own folder. Sometimes, good messages are taken as spam. If you wish to relocate your emails from the junk folder to inbox, then secure future messages from that sender by not letting them go to the junk folder in Outlook.

Below are the steps that you need to follow for the same. 

Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook and then open the junk email folder. 

Step 2: Open the message that you wish to recover. 

Step 3: In case the email opens up in the reading pane, then go to the home tab first. In case the message opens up in a different window, then select the Message tab. 

Step 4: Go to the Delete group and then choose Junk. 

Step 5: Choose not junk. Alternately, you can select Ctrl+Alt+J. 

Step 6: In order to add a sender to the list of safe senders, so that messages from that address don't get treated as spam After that, choose the option of "Always trust email from the checkbox.

Step 7: Click on Ok.  

Outlook moves the messages in your inbox automatically or it can move it to your previous folder. 

How to recover messages from junk email folder in Outlook 2007?

If you don't wish to mark messages as spam in the Outlook junk e-mail folder, then below are the steps that you need to follow. 

Step 1: First of all, you need to open the Junk E-mail folder. 

Step 2: Highlight the messages that you wish to recover.

Step 3: Select the option of Not Junk. After that, select Ctrl+Alt+J. You can also choose the option Actions, Junk E-mail, and then select Mark as Not junk. 

Step 4: In case you don't want to add the sender of the email to your list of trusted senders, then choose the option of Always trust e-mail from. 

Step 5: After that, select OK.
