Step 2: Now, describe the problem by using the drop-down menu. Select Mail and then choose Accidentally deleted messages on WebMail. If you are using a mobile device, then you are available with a selection. 

Step 3: Select a proper timeframe from the drop-down list. You can see this option under "When did you last see the missing messages". The maximum time mentioned in the drop-down box is 16 hours. 

Step 4: After that, fill up all the sections of the form. Check the CAPTCHA box and then choose the option of Create a Request.

Now, wait for Yahoo to take your Yahoo Mail account to the state it was originally in from a backup copy. This backup will replace your email boxes and folders.
