Please let me know how to use a Mac Magic keyboard on a Windows Pc. I am facing some issues with this. Help me.
Adding any other keyboard to a PC is as easy as connecting a Mac keyboard. Although the keyboard can be connected via the included USB cable, Bluetooth technology is preferable.
How to connect it is shown below.
Step 1: Type Bluetooth into the Windows 10 taskbar search box or go to Start Menu > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth on your Windows laptop.
Step 2: Click Other Devices and Bluetooth.
Step 3: Tap to link a Bluetooth or other device.
Step 4: Await the Magic Keyboard's detection by the computer.
Step 5: Tap Magic Keyboard
Step 6: Watch for a connection.
Step 7: Select "Done"
Most of the Magic Keyboard's keys function similarly on a Windows computer and a Mac device. However, assigning keys, such as function keys, to particular settings can be helpful. To remap keys, you'll need to obtain the PowerToys software, a helpful tool.
Here is how to assign keys on a Windows Magic Keyboard.
Step 1: Install Microsoft PowerToys after downloading it from the official website.
Step 2: Start the app.
Step 3: Then select Keyboard Manager.
Step 4: To add a new key mapping, click the + button.
Step 5: Select Type then hit the desired key.
Step 6: Select OK.
Step 7: To repeat the process using the key you want to modify it to, click Type beneath Mapped.
Step 8: Select OK.
Step 9: To accept the modifications, click OK.
Step 10: Your key has been remapped right now.
Once correctly configured, Apple Keyboards, such as the Magic Keyboard and Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, can all Use a Mac Magic Keyboard on a Windows PC, much like any keyboard bearing the Mac logo.
How Can I Use a Mac Keyboard to Take a Screenshot on a PC?
You cannot utilize a keyboard shortcut since Mac keyboards lack the Print Screen key. Instead, snap a screenshot with the Windows Snipping Tool. From the Windows Start menu, look for the Snipping Tool and select the chosen style (free-form, window, rectangle, or full-screen) from the Mode drop-down menu.
