I am facing some issue in stoping Roku device from talking to you by turning off its audio guide. I have no idea about that how to fix it. Help me.

If the audio guide is turned on by default or accidentally activates the audio guide, you can just turn it off by pressing the * button four times as suggested.
Sometimes Roku devices do not respond to your command prompt then you do not need to panic, just give it some time to catch up to you and it will respond to your command.
You have the option to stop your Roku device from talking to you by turning off its Audio Guide present in the menu setting if you like to turn it off from the menu. This option is present in the setting of your Roku device.
Set Other Options or Disable the Shortcut

But now you cannot stop your Roku device from talking to you by turning off its Audio Guide with the help of the Roku remote by pressing the * button. You will always have the option of activating it by going to the shortcut option on your setting.
Another option for the Roku audio guide is for the speech rate which is slow, normal, fast, or very fast, and the volume to low, medium, or high.
