Step 1: Launch your internet browser and then open your web player service. 

Step 2: Go to the track that you wish to play and then select the three dots given in the front of the song. After that, you are required to select the "Copy song link". 

Step 3: Then, you are required to paste this web address in the location bar of your browser. After that, press the Enter key. 

Step 4: When your page loads, you must try to play your song. After that, you need to check if your issue is still persisting. 

Solution 2: Try to Refresh the Selected Device

If the above-mentioned solution did not help you out with your problem, then you can try this solution. If your account is logged into different devices, then you may experience issues while switching from a selected streaming device. To fix this problem, you must refresh the selected device.

Step 2: Hold the device using which you have logged in and then open the Spotify app. 

Step 3: Select the "Settings cog" and then choose the option of "Devices".

Solution 3: Delete the Cache and Cookies 

The cookies and cache get corrupted over time, which can cause loading issues with the website. Therefore, you must delete the cookies and cache from your browser. The process may differ based on the browser you are using.

If you are using the Chrome browser, then below are the steps that you need to follow. 

Step 1: Close all the tabs and then launch a new one. 

Step 2: Go to the menu button given at the upper-right corner of your web browser and then select Settings from the different options that are available for you. 

Step 3: Go down to the end of the screen and then select the Advanced option. 

Step 4: Scroll and then select the option of Clear Browsing Data given below the "Privacy and Security" heading. 

Step 5: Choose Advanced and then select All time from the time range. After that, you must check the first four options. 

Step 6: Select "Clear Data" and then close your browser. After that, relaunch your browser.

Step 7: Launch the Spotify website and check whether the issue is still persisting.  

If you are using the Firefox browser, then below are the steps that you need to follow. 

Step 1: Launch the Firefox browser and then open the new tab. 

Step 2: Select the menu button given at the upper-right corner and then select Options by going to the list. 

Step 3: Select the button of Privacy and Security given at the left pane. After that, go to the heading of "Cookies and Site data". 

Step 4: Select the button of Cler data and then select the Clear option when you see the message appearing on the screen. 

Step 5: Now, launch the Spotify website and then play the audio to see if the issue is still persisting. 

If you are using Microsoft Edge, then carry out the steps mentioned below. 

Step 1: Launch the browser and then select the menu button appearing at the upper-right corner. 

Step 2: Choose Settings from the various options appearing before you and then select the Clear browsing data option. 

Step 3: Select the button "Chose what to clear" and then check the first 4 options in the last. 

Step 4: Choose Clear and then restart your browser.
