Step 5: go back to the previous tab of window configuration and click Apply and OK to save all the changes. Select the option to restart the PC if it appears.

To make sure this problem is fixed you will have to enable the disabled applications one by one till you figure out which one is actually causing the problem. Also, you will have to restart your pc after enabling the applications.

After you figure out which application is causing all this problem you can either disable it or uninstall it. Whichever one you prefer.
