I am facing some issues while trying to install Kodi on Roku. I have no idea about that. Help me.
Roku has emerged as one of the best brands of hardware digital media players which are owned by American company Roku, Inc. It has changed the way of watching TV, it contains a very long list of streaming services that have inbuilt channel stores.
Whereas Kodi is a very popular home theatre software accessible for smart TV platforms. It is available for multiple hardware platforms, with software for use with televisions and remote controls. So it is quite common to ask the question of how to install Kodi on Roku.
The answer to this question is no because of its security features which are as good as Apple TV. As it is known that Kodi is an open-source media player, which aids in installing third-party plugins to play TV shows, movies as well as Live TV. Due to these reasons, Kodi is not made available for Roku, which violates Roku's terms and conditions.
Though there is a way Kodi will work with Roku if you own an android/windows PC. It is seen that screen mirroring is only one way the Kodi app will function efficiently.
