1.In Case you Have Purchased it From Norton Online Store

Step 1.Go to your Norton account Forgot Your Password page.

Step 2.Try to memorize the email address you used while purchasing it or registering it and enter it into the address bar.

Step 3.You will receive an email with a password recovery link or an email that will tell you that there is no account associated with this email.

Step 4.In case you receive the password recovery mail, then follow the further steps on your account. Then click on “My subscription” and then locate your product.

Step 5.And in case the entered email address wasn’t the one then repeat the same steps with another email ID that’s on your mind.

2.In Case You Have a Product Key and Want to Add Norton to your Account

Step 1.Log in to Norton.

Step 2.You will be prompted to sign in if you are not signed in to Norton.

Step 3.Enter your email address and password for Norton and then click on sign in.

Step 4.Click Enter a New Product Key, under the “get started”.

Step 5.Enter the product key and click >.

Step 6.If you see the message "To start your subscription, enter your billing information and product key at norton.com/enroll"

Step 7.Lastly, click on Agree and download.

Note: Your product key is a combination of alphabetic and numeric characters. It does not contain any special characters.

You will be now prompted to download your product. Your product has been added to your account and you can log in to manage your services or download onto a different device.

3.In Case you Want to Add Norton that you Got Pre-Installed in your Device on your Account

Step 1.Start Norton.

Step 2.Click on Help and then on Account.

Step 3.Now follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your existing account.

Note: Once you log in to your account, your product will be added to your account and you can manage your services or download onto a different device.

4.In case you Got Your Norton from a Service Provider

In case you have got your Norton from a service provider, then you need to sign in into Norton from the link that has been sent to you by your service provider.

Step 1.Go to the Norton account link (my.norton.com) provided by your service provider. Click on “I have a partner code” and then type the partner code which too has been provided to you by your service provider.

Step 2.You may also access your account from your Norton product. In your Norton product window, click More Norton, and then click Manage My Protection.

Step 3.You can also use “my.norton.com. For any other Norton product sign in and subscription that you have purchased online or offline.

Step 4.Need to cancel your Norton secure VPN free trial subscription 

Step 5.You need to cancel your subscription from the Play Store or App Store subscription settings in order to cancel your Norton secure VPN free trial subscription. 

Remember that Uninstalling the app won’t cancel your subscription.

1.To Cancel the Subscription on Your iPhone, iPad or iPod

Step 1.Go to the settings app.

Step 5.If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.

2.To Cancel the Subscription on your Mac

Step 1.Go to App Store.

Step 2.Either click on the sign-in button or on your name on the bottom of your sidebar.

Step 3.On top of the window, click on the view information.

Step 4.You will then be asked to sign in.

Step 5.Once you see the subscriptions and then click on manage.

Step 6.Click on edit.

Step 7.Choose a different subscription option or click Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew. 

3.To Cancel the Subscription on your Apple TV

Step 1.Go to settings.

Step 2.Click on users and accounts, and then click on your account.

Step 3.Click on subscriptions.

Step 4.Click on the subscription that you want to manage.

Step 5.Choose a different subscription option or select Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.
