On various streaming services, including Roku TV, Amazon Prime Video is available. Sometimes, however, while attempting to watch a show or movie, Amazon Prime Video can stop working or crash.

Step 5: Disconnect any VPN or proxy servers or switch them off.

Step 3: From the list of apps installed, open Prime Video.
